I know what it is called a cookie which is stored in the cache of the estore Nb for purchases that are not completed ..

Otherwise I wonder how I can erase data on unsuccessful purchases with the window closing event

This would be controlled client side, so to do it I can only think that you'll need some javascript triggered on browser close....even then I not sure this would work.

The only real option you have is to perhaps clear down the carts more often, then the next time the client enters the store the cart won't exist, so the cookie will be ignored.

But why would you want to clear the clients cookie on unsuccessful purchases?
