Checkout Cart is currently unavailable

I'm getting a "Checkout Cart is currently unavailable" message in two situations:

Issue 1- on changing the "Shipping Country List" item;

Issue 2- on checking out the cart (after customer details, on clicking Next button).


The "Shipping Country List" (Issue 1) is not a problem, I don't need this, so I have disabled the option.

The problem now is on Issue 2. I can't get further. Any ideas on how resolve this?

Have a look in you DNN event log and see if you can find an exception message in there and post it here so I can have a look.
