Hi,

I presume the refs to "mywebsite" are simply for example purpose and not working refs.

This being the case I can't see anything obviously wrong.

Remember to use the PayPal sandbox you need to have a browser open with the sandbox session running, otherwise it won't work.

Also as a side note, last time I tried to use the paypal sandbox (french one) I couldn;t get it to work!!...Maybe there is an issue with the European Paypal sandbox?

Also have you tried downloading the paypal provider v1.0.1 from codeplex, this has a readme.txt which you may find useful.

Let me know if you get it working OK.  I've got 3 or 4 sites using the live paypal accounts without any problems.

Dave

Yes, of course!!!

I have change only this

<root>
        <paymentURL>https://www.paypal.com/xclick</paymentURL>
        <verifyURL>https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr</verifyURL>

I doesen't know if tha my problem with sand box is that I'm italian and The account that i have created is US but there are only for Country choises? I think it' very strange, but. i have read a lot of the documentation for sand box but i doesen't understand where is my problem? Any one have used correctly sandbox?
The problem is, when i press the order button i jump in the sandbox website but on the login page??? not in the paypal checkout page?

Then next week i try to downloading the readme.txt in the paypal provider v1.0.1 from codeplex, i hope it can help me.

Thnks Dave!!!!

Hi,

I have the same problem, exactly.

If I change the <PaymentURL> and <verifyURL> to the true paypal site, then it works perfectly. But if I try with sandbox, the order button links to the login page of Paypal site ¿¿¿???

I'm in Spain, may be an issue with the European Paypal sandbox, as you say Dave?

Eva

Anything new on this.

I can get the order information to work on a live paypal site but not in a sandbox.  I get a login screen with the sandbox.

I would like to test before going live.  My live site is not working as expected.  I don't want to make a real purchase to test.

Thanks, Dan

Hi Dan,

Last time I tried the sandbox I had the same problem, unfortunatly I've not had time to look into it.

The only two things I can suggest is:

1: have a look at this issue which was logged, I don't know is it's right or wrong, because I've not looked at it yet.

http://nbstore.codeplex.com/WorkItem/View.aspx?WorkItemId=3893

2: Talk to Paypal support and see if they can see any obvious problems with what the paypal provider for NB_Store is doing.

I've had the sandbox working perfectly when I first created the paypal provider, so I think something at paypal sandbox must have changed.  It does need looking into, but I've simply not had the time.

If you do find out why I'd be grateful for any feedback so I can make sure the paypal provider does what it needs to do to get the sandbox to work.

Regards,

Dave.
