PXPay not updating order status

Oct 29, 2009 at 11:17 PM

Hi Guys,

On the advice of robax I've set up a development account with DPS and tested the service. Everything appears to work fine EXCEPT PxPay is not updating the status of my order upon returning to my site.

The line in the xml file is:

<ReturnURL>http://{mysite}/Checkout/tabid/1467/stg/5/PxPayExit/RETURN/Default.aspx</ReturnURL>

any ideas?

cheers

Hi Marty,

I'm just checkign the settigns on my site...

<root>
<paymentURL>https://www.paymentexpress.com/pxpay/pxaccess.aspx</paymentURL>
<PaymentExpress.PxPay>https://www.paymentexpress.com/pxpay/pxaccess.aspx</PaymentExpress.PxPay>
<PxPayUserId>MyID</PxPayUserId>
<PxPayKey>xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx</PxPayKey>
<ButtonImageURL>/Desktopmodules/NB_Store_GatewayPxPay/pxpay.jpg</ButtonImageURL>
<ReturnURL>http://www.Website.co.nz/Checkout/tabid/1467/stg/5/PxPayExit/RETURN/Default.aspx</ReturnURL>
<ReturnCancelURL>http://www.Website.co.nz/Checkout/tabid/1467/stg/5/PxPayExit/CANCEL/Default.aspx</ReturnCancelURL>
<MerchantLanguage>en</MerchantLanguage>
<InputCurrency>NZD</InputCurrency>
<TxnType>Purchase</TxnType>
<MerchantReference>WebsitePurchase</MerchantReference>
</root>

I note that your checkout tab id is identical to mine - that's either a heck of a coincidence or you haven't inserted the path for your own checkout page? All those paths have to reflect the actual structure of your website - browse to the pages in question and copy out the relevant bits from the address bar.

That should sort it out.
