I've bundled all the changes into a single patch as the code change doesn't change functionality, just the readability of the code.

Improve the UX for NB_Store. Update the css image references to include ~/ to ensure the images are correctly displayed for DNN installations in sub folders of a web site. The store is difficult to configure without those UI images.

Attached a SVN patch, generated from Mecurials HGSubversion extension. (please note I changed the file name for my own file storage, but the patches are the same.

Description:
After creating a custom shipping provider via the calcship.provider I found that after the product was purchased and the order email confirmation was sent to the user. The total of the cart did not add the custom shipping amount that was calculated under the token called [Order:Total].

To remedy this I have simply added another property to the NB_Store_OrdersInfo class under Components -> DataLevel -> ClassesInfo.vb which will add the Total + ShippingCost, and I could then use the new token [Order:CartTotalPlusShipping] in my Order.email and Order.Text templates to producte the correct total.
