Hi All,

I have come across an issue in the product imports. when i import products, if in the description of the product contains & it changes to et and it is saved as et into the database table instead of &.

Any help is very much appreciated.

Closed Issue: Can´t activate user registration [11006]

We had upgraded nb_store 2.3.4 to 2.3.5 on DNN 7.

Now in nb_store back office we tried to activate user registration, in orders -> cliente, clicking unlock button -> upgrade -> return -> exit.

Then, when logging with that new user, he can´t login: "You are not currently authorized to login to this site".

With nb_store 2.34 activating new users wasn´t a problem. Doing a important project, help please.

noimage.jpg isn't being moved to portal folder.. at least I've never seen it happen.

Could just add this to docs:

"Create a placeholder image: Place a suitable image file named noimage.jpg in the portal root."

Product qty is a centimeter and price for this product is 0.1050 This is the rule of business and i cannot change that. Actually it is ok for me to go to DB table and change the price. But how can I display currency symbol this way?

I'm also noticing (in Beta 21) that when coupons are assigned to categories, merely having an item from that category in a cart triggers the discount on the whole cart.

This is sometimes fine.Say a cart has:(1) Promo Item - $15(1) Non-Promo Item - $5A $10 category coupon correctly results in a $10 cart.If those items are reversed:(1) Promo Item - $5(1) Non-Promo Item - $15A $10 category coupon can be used to discount non-promo items.

It becomes even more treacherous with % category discounts:(1) Promo Item - $20(1) Non-Promo Item - $10A 50% category coupon results in a $15 dollar cart instead of just 50% off the promo item.Which can be abused...(1) Promo Item - $2(1) Non-Promo Item - $100+ 50% category coupon = $51 cart

The documentation.html says:

category message token
[TAG:CATIMAGEURL] - This token can be used only in the category message and will be replaced with the relative category image url.

Yet when that token is inserted, all it displays is itself.

I got the xml by doing an export of the products. You may want to check that! It definitely had the class as NB_Store_ProductRelatedListInfo

if the above 2 tokens used in product template, the model number cannot be identified correctly when added to cart because they use different id. Our solution is to modify the AddItemToCart sub within CurrentCart.vb:

Just tried to purge a couple of test orders - marked them as archived and used export to purge store. however orders did not purge?

There are several headertext attributes in there that should be moved into the resx

Alternatively, use labels from NB_StoreGlobal.ascx.resx

Closed Issue: Problem with select box in Product detail [8580]

I am facing two problems with the select box in the product details page.

Firstly when I ve changed the models appearance method from radio buttons to dropdown selector, the dropdown selector recognize only the first value of the models when I click the add to card button.
I am not facing the same problem with the radio bauttons that seems to work perfect.
And secondly i can't remove the dealer price that appears after the retail price with zero value in the models selector. (example. Product name (3,17€) 0.00€ ).

Can you please help me???

I think this is an oversight on the shortordernumber field. It assumes that the portal number "142" in your case is only 2 digits. (I have a tendancy to limit my DNN installations to 50 portals) I think we need to put a fix in the next release.

Closed Issue: Discount coupon per category bug [8601]

Create a new category, then create a discount coupon and assign it to that category. using the "Group/Category" selector. Then add a product to that category.

Buy that product, apply the coupon and confirm the discount is applied.

Now add a second product, that is not in the coupon category, to your basket, and check the discount. The discount is applied to the second product as well.

The discount should only be applied to the products in the coupon category.

our store has three different shipping options where one is at no cost for local pickup or download. I had a customer create an order via the store and select local shipping ($0.00) then later I needed to edit the item cost using the new edit order feature
in back office. When the order was saved the freight was changed from $0.00 to $16.50 which happens to be the first freight option in the store. The freight should not have changed.

I also noticed that the order discount does not recalculate if you change the unit price???

I have noticed, just now, that there seems to be a bug on the VAT OK button, if you click it the tax doesn't change, however if you carry on through to the checkout the tax does calculate correct.

I'll log this as an issue and try and get a fix for v2.3.

Closed Issue: Changes by admin in Back Office result in logoff [8634]

Hi there, here my environments DNN 56020 NBStore 2.2.3.
When I am loged in as admin I run in trouble when I make any changes in the backoffice.
The pictures will not displayed in Backoffice edit mode.
If I upload a picture it result in a redirection to the logon page.
After re logon I am not able to see the pictures. If I click cancel in edit of a product I will be loged off.
When I am loged on as a host it workes fine.
The permission of the base directory and all subdirs of the portal are granted with full access.
I checked NBStore on same machine with a primary portal and it worked fine with an admin account.
I created security roles Manager and ManagerLite and checked name in configuration.
I granted these roles to the user as well. I removed the roles and checked again. Always result in a logoff.
Maintaining the backoffice is only possible by host user.
I checked Log but now exception was raised.
What could be the reason for this behaviour.
Has anybody a idea?

Just did a new install of DNN and NB_store and looks like the reports are not being installed for a fresh install.

I then did as you suggest and imported DefaultReports.xml which did install the reports BUT the report script does not prepend the DNN objectQualifier etc. So I had to manually fix each sql report script.

Add class="OrderDetailRow" into the table rows of the default detailrows repeater [Order:DetailRows] so that we get:

<tr class="OrderDetailRow">...</tr>

This will match the output of [Order:DetailTemplateRows] that has been in the templates prior to 2.3 whereupon we reverted to [Order:DetailRows] to restore the functionality of the productlinksoncart.flag.
