SQL error on "missing table" on install

description

While I was installing it on my dnn site I got an sql exception but I didn't give it any attention because at the end the installation completed successfully. Now when I am doing some configuration I get this exception..Can you tell me why?
I checked my database and all the missing tables exist...

In the top of the SQL script "01.00.06.SqlDataProvider" I check for two table and then add the fields, but the SQL code is not in script format

Currently:

if not exists (select * from syscolumns where id=object_id('NB_Store_ShippingRates') and name='PortalID')
alter table dbo.NB_Store_ShippingRates add PortalID int null
go

if not exists (select * from syscolumns where id=object_id('NB_Store_TaxRates') and name='PortalID')
alter table dbo.NB_Store_TaxRates add PortalID int null

go

It Should read:

if not exists (select * from syscolumns where id=object_id('{databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}NB_Store_ShippingRates') and name='PortalID')
alter table {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}NB_Store_ShippingRates add PortalID int null
go

if not exists (select * from syscolumns where id=object_id('{databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}NB_Store_TaxRates') and name='PortalID')
alter table {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}NB_Store_TaxRates add PortalID int null

go

Fix in NB_Store_01.00.09_Beta_Install.zip

In order to fix the problem:

Firstly I'd suggest a new installation of DNN, to make sure the DB if OK. If this isn't possible uninstall all the store modules (But their has been a problem with unistalltion not all the tables are removed, due to a contraint confict. So make sure all the database tables starting with NevoWeb_NB_Store are removed, you'll have to do this in order, start with optionvalues,options,products,categories...)

option 1 - I've uploaded the new 01.00.06.SqlDataProvider file into the NB_Store_01.00.09_Beta_Install.zip on codeplex, so you can use this.

option 2 - change the file yourself in your install package and reload.
