memory erased detail Cart NB store

There has been a problem in the payment gateway, is this: if the customer making the purchase gives up and cancels the values have been calculated so far should be erased but continue to appear even if you leave the chat session and speak another browser .

Ques solicion can be had for this little problem and that way you can configure the deletion of these temporary data store nb

HI,

I think what your pointing to is the fact that when a user goes to the checkout and adds an address the order is created, this is needed in so the user can be redirected to the bank and the order is stored in NB_Store.  Obviously if the user disconnects or just closes the browser then the order still exists in NB_Store.  The cleanup carts scheduler is designed to remove these unwanted orders/cart......here's an extract fom the wiki

This schedule job will delete carts from the database that are older than 7 days and removed uncompleted orders that are older that 24 hours.

delete from dbo.NB_Store_Orders
where OrderDate < dateadd(day,-1,getdate())

Retry Frequency: 10 mins
