Delete Products (mass deletion)

Is there a way to delete more than 1 product at a time?

I have accidentally duplicated my 400+ product list and have to delete those duplicates, but deleting them one by one is very time consuming.

Any one know a solution to this?

You could try updating the DB directly with some SQL like:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

begin tran

select * from dbo.NB_Store_Products

update dbo.NB_Store_Products
set IsDeleted = 1,
Archived = 1
where CreatedDate >= '2010-04-04'
and CreatedDate < '2010-04-05'

select * from dbo.NB_Store_Products

rollback

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Obviously change the dates to the date you made you created the duplicates, and change the "rollback" to "commit" when you happy it's working.

Actually, in the back office, they still show in the product list.. do i have to manually, UPDATE each product before they disappear? or will they eventually just.. disappear?

No, just go into the backoffice>Utilities>export and do a purge of the store...the archive records will be backedup and then removed.
